“Mauzi” is inspired by two beloved traditional foods from different cultures: the German Maultasche and the Chinese Jiaozi (dumplings). “Mau” comes from Maultasche, and “Zi” comes from Jiaozi. Together, the name represents a bridge between cultures, memories, and the shared comfort that handmade food can bring.
That connection inspired the creation of Mauzi Mami Dumpling: a place where traditional craftsmanship meets modern creativity.
